Personal Profile
On the basis of 320 statements in the questionnaire the
software generates a Personal Profile covering 16 different traits in three groups in accordance with the Head-Heart-Leg model.
The software offers many facilities that will give you an
excellent basis for e.g. interviews and assessments.
With the Job Requirement module you can define the personal competencies for a
specific job position.
Compare
the Personal Profile to the Job Requirement Profiles and
find the right people to interview for the job. In addition
the software provides information about the possible
consequences of a mismatch between the personal profile and
the job requirements.
With The Statistical Module you can benchmark your profiles with e.g. High Performing Leaders or
