The Garuda Online Test System
With Garuda Online Test Systems you are able to distribute tests and perform long distance interviews on a secure line where and when it is most convenient to you. You will receive the results on your own computer immediately after the test has been uploaded. The Garuda Online Test System is therefore time-saving and cost-reducing with regard to HR assignments such as recruitment, teambuilding, evaluations etc.
How does it work?
	You create username and password access to the test on the Internet. Codes are generated randomly and are also encrypted for extra security. You distribute username and password by email.
Your client can now fill in the questionnaire via your own customized Internet page where and when it is most convenient and upload the results to Garuda's secure server. The profile is accessible immediately after the questionnaire has been completed. You can now download results directly into your Garuda software on your own computer where you can see the profiles in graphic illustrations together with interpretational text. You can share the results with colleagues anywhere in the world- all you need is Internet access. The Garuda Profile Sharing System displays results on a secure server. Print report with profile, interpretation and illustrations.
